VendrixTerms

The terms for using Vendrix.

Who is responsible for what, how the assistant's replies are handled, and what we expect of a business that connects its accounts.

Last updated October 12, 2026

The service

Vendrix lets a business connect its messaging, social and payment accounts, receive and answer customer messages with the help of AI, manage orders and publish content. These terms apply to anyone who creates a workspace or signs in to one.

Accounts and responsibility

  • You must be authorised to connect every account you connect, and keep your sign-in secure.
  • The business is responsible for what is sent in its name, including replies the assistant writes. Choose for each channel whether replies go out automatically, wait for your approval, or are off, and review what you approve.
  • You must have the right to message the people you message, and follow the rules of each channel (Meta's platform terms, WhatsApp's business and commerce policies, TikTok's terms), including opt-in, the reply window and template rules.

AI replies

The assistant can make mistakes. It is built not to invent prices, promise delivery, or mark an order paid, but you should check orders and payments before you act on them. Only a payment confirmed by the payment provider or by an owner or admin marks an order paid.

Acceptable use

  • No spam, deception, harassment, or unlawful goods and services.
  • No attempt to break the service, read another business's data, or work around limits.
  • No use of the service to send messages a person has asked you to stop.

Payments

When a business collects Mobile Money payments through Vendrix, the payment is made through the payment provider; Vendrix does not hold customers' money or ask for a Mobile Money PIN. Fees of the provider and of any messaging channel are separate from Vendrix's.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You grant Vendrix the right to process it to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes. You can export or delete it, and deleting a workspace deletes its data.

Ending, changes and liability

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the rules of a channel. We may change the service or these terms; if a change matters we will say so in the product. The service is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, Vendrix is not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, or for failures of the channels it connects to.
