Delete your data from Vendrix.
Three ways to remove a connection and what Vendrix kept about it, and how to check a request you made through Facebook or Instagram.

How to delete your data
- In Vendrix, open Channels and disconnect the account. The connection stops working at once and its stored credentials are removed.
- Or remove Vendrix yourself: in Facebook go to Settings, Apps and Websites, find Vendrix and remove it. In Instagram go to Settings, Apps and Websites. Meta tells us, and we end the connection and delete what we kept about it automatically.
- Or write to support@vendrix.net from the email you used, and say which account to delete.
- If you only wrote to a business that uses Vendrix and want that business to erase your messages, ask the business: it controls them, and Vendrix helps it do so.
What is deleted
The connection is ended and its access credentials are removed. The account's name and the profile details stored with it are cleared. Conversations and orders that belong to a business stay with that business, which can erase them: they are not your data held by Vendrix, and they have their own deletion routine.
